You Beaut Homes – Professional Cleaning Services

At You Beaut Homes, we aim to deliver exceptional, reliable cleaning services. These Terms & Conditions outline what you can expect from us, and what we require from you, to ensure every service runs smoothly.

By booking a service with You Beaut Homes, you agree to the Terms & Conditions below.
 

1. Cleaning Services

  • Cleaning tasks will be performed as agreed at the time of booking.

  • You Beaut Homes supplies all cleaning products and equipment required.

  • Staff may refuse, pause, or terminate a service if they encounter an unsafe environment, excessive hazards, or risks to health and safety.

  • Additional services requested on the day may depend on staff availability and may incur extra charges.
     

2. Customer Responsibilities

To help our team work safely and efficiently, customers must:

  • Ensure the property is safe and free from hazards.

  • Provide clear access to all areas scheduled for cleaning.

  • Supply access to essential utilities (hot/cold water, electricity, lighting, and rubbish bins).

  • Inform staff before cleaning begins of any known risks (slippery floors, broken fixtures, fragile items, hazards, pets, etc.).
     

End‑of‑Lease / Bond Cleans

  • The property must be completely empty before the clean.

  • Additional fees apply if we need to move furniture or work around items.

  • A rental agent or property manager must inspect the property within 24 hours of the service being completed.
    After this period, You Beaut Homes cannot be held responsible for any issues that arise due to:

    'new cobwebs
    'insects entering or dying inside the property
    'dust settling naturally
    'weather‑related debris or marks
    'pets re‑entering the home
    'occupants returning and altering the property condition
    'Environmental factors and normal household activity can cause changes quickly, and these are outside our control.
    Any concerns reported within the 24‑hour window will be reviewed and rectified in line with our guarantee.
     

Builders / Renovation Cleans

  • All trades must be finished before cleaning day.

  • Tools, materials, and debris must be removed unless we are requested to dispose of them (additional fees apply).

  • Excessive fine dust or post‑construction residue may require extra time and incur additional charges.
     

3. Payment Terms

  • Payment is due within 7 days of job completion. (with the exception of prior arrangements)

  • Accepted payment methods: cash, credit card, direct deposit.

  • A 20% deposit is required for services valued over $120.

  • Credit card payments have a 1.5%–2% surcharge, depending on card type.
     

4. Late Payment Fee

  • Invoices must be paid within 7 days.

  • A 10% late fee is charged on overdue invoices.
     

5. GST

  • You Beaut Homes provides Tax Invoices for all services.
     

6. Quotations

  • Quotes remain valid for 30 days.

  • Accepting a quote confirms acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

  • Quotes are estimates and may change in the event of:

    • additional work requested

    • unforeseen conditions

    • larger‑than‑expected workload

  • Any extra charges will be discussed with you before we proceed.
     

7. Changes to Your Booking

  • Changes to your booked time, date, or service must be communicated ahead of time.

  • To ensure smooth scheduling for all clients, we require 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

         may incur a cancellation fee, as our team has dedicated that time specifically for your service.

         We appreciate your cooperation and respect for our staff’s time and schedule.

  • Additional tasks may be completed on the day if time permits; otherwise, a separate booking will be arranged.

  • To avoid disappointment, please contact us 1–2 days in advance if you need extra services.
     

8. Complaints & Service Issues

We take great care with all customer property. However, You Beaut Homes is not liable for damage that is not directly caused by staff negligence (e.g., pre‑existing wear, unstable fixtures, natural deterioration).

If you are unhappy with any part of your service:

  • Issues must be reported within 24 hours of completion.

  • We will assess the matter promptly and may offer, at our discretion:

    • a free re‑clean of the affected area, or

    • a partial refund.
       

9. Privacy & Personal Information

  • You Beaut Homes will not share your personal information with third parties unless required for service delivery or by law.

  • All customer information is stored securely.
     

10. No Locked‑In Contracts

We do not lock customers into ongoing service agreements.
If your needs change, or you ever feel our service isn’t meeting expectations, simply let us know — we are committed to making things right.
