Terms & Conditions

We kindly ask you to review our terms and conditions. At You Beaut Homes, we are committed to providing you with the highest quality service. Our terms and conditions outline the responsibilities and expectations for both our team and our valued customers. By understanding and adhering to these guidelines, we can ensure a smooth and satisfactory experience for everyone involved. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we strive to exceed your expectations with every service we provide.

 

1. Cleaning Services

  • The cleaning duties will be as agreed upon between you and You Beaut Homes at the time of booking.

  • You Beaut Homes will provide all necessary cleaning products and equipment required to service your property.

  • If a staff member identifies a safety issue at any time before or during the service, they have the discretion to terminate the service.

2. Customer Responsibilities

  • The customer must ensure a safe working environment for the staff member to perform the service.

  • The customer must leave access unobstructed to the areas of the property that require cleaning.

  • The customer must provide the staff member with access to all necessary utilities, including hot and cold water, electricity, and rubbish bins, to complete the service.

  • Before the service begins, the customer must inform the staff member of any hazards, slippery surfaces, risks, or dangers that the customer is aware of.

3. Payment Terms

  • The customer agrees to make payment within 7 days of the completion of the service.

  • Payments can be made via cash, credit card, or direct deposit.

  • For ongoing services, direct deposit payments must be made before the next scheduled weekly or fortnightly service.

  • A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking for an End-of-Lease Clean.

  • Payment can be made by cash, direct deposit, or credit card, with the balance due upon completion of the clean.

  • Credit card payments will incur a surcharge of 1.5% to 2%, depending on the type of credit card used.

4. Late Payment Fee

  • The customer agrees to pay the full invoice amount within 7 days of the invoice date.

  • If payment is not received within the 7-day period, the customer agrees to pay a late fee administration charge of 10% of the total invoice amount.

5. GST

  • Tax Invoices are available for all services conducted by You Beaut Homes

6. Quotations

  • All quotes are valid for 30 days.

  • Acceptance of a quote signifies acceptance of the terms and conditions.

  • If additional services are requested outside of the original quote (e.g., adding an oven or window clean), you will be informed of any extra costs before the work commences.

  • Please note that all quotes are based on estimation and are subject to change due to unforeseen or exigent circumstances.

7. Changes to Days or Time of Service

  • Any changes to the service originally agreed upon between You Beaut Homes and the customer must be communicated and the price agreed upon before the service commences.

  • If time permits, the You Beaut Homes staff member may agree to provide additional services on the same day. Otherwise, a mutually convenient day and time can be arranged. For the best outcome, please call a day or so in advance to ensure all your needs can be met.

8. Complaints

  • While we take pride in safety and precaution and take care with all our customers' belongings, we will not be held liable for any damages to property that are not a direct result of staff members' negligence.

  • Customers must report any dissatisfaction with the service provided within 24 hours of the service completion. You Beaut Homes will make every effort to resolve the issue quickly and efficiently. At our discretion, we may offer the customer one of the following options:

    • Re-supply the service at no additional charge

    • Provide a partial refund

10. Your Details/Personal Information

  • You Beaut Homes agrees not to share any information provided by the customer with any third party not directly involved in the provision of the service, unless required to do so by law.

11. No Locked-In Contract

  • At You Beaut Homes, customers are not locked into any contracts for regular cleaning services. If at any time the customer feels that our services are not meeting their expectations, they should inform us. We believe in effective communication and will do everything in our power to ensure the customer is happy and relaxed when they walk into their home or office after a fresh You Beaut Homes cleaning service.
